The High Council of Justice at the meeting on Monday unanimously supported the presidential draft law “On the establishment of the High Anti-Corruption Court.” This is reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
As reported, on June 7, at the second reading the Verkhovna Rada adopted presidential bill as a whole (No. 7440) on the High Anti-Corruption Court. The President signed it on June 11.
Courts in Ukraine are created and liquidated by law after consulting with the HCJ, then the Parliament should support the relevant bill.
