Britain urged Russia to acknowledge its responsibility for the Malaysian “Boeing” disaster MN17 that occurred 4 years ago over the Donbas and to cooperate with the investigation.

“This is another example of the Russian Federation’s neglect of human life and the rules that are the basis of the international system, and Russia has to answer for its actions,” said Jeremy Hunt, the Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom on Tuesday, reports Interfax-Ukraine. He recalled that thanks to the work of the Joint Investigation Group, the world learned that the plane was shot down by the Buk missile system from the 53rd Air Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces.
