General prosecutos Yuriy Lutsenko and the director of NABU Artem Sitnik ask the Prosecutor’s Qualifications and Disciplinary Commission to dismiss the head of the SAP Nazar Holodnitsky, Ukrinform reported.
“Please bring Kholodnitsky to responsibility and impose a disciplinary penalty from the prosecutor’s office,” reads the text of a report by a member of the Qualification-Disciplinary Commission of Alexander Kovalchuk.
As Kovalchuk noted, Kholodnitsky is accused of allegedly inciting people to give false testimony.
In the explanations of Kholodnitsky, which were also read out, the head of the CAP stressed that he considers the allegations to be unfounded.
As it was reported, the Attorney General and the director of NABU March 30 sent to the KDKP complaints to the head of the SAP on the commission of disciplinary violations in which they asked to release Kholodnitsky from office. The complaints of NABU and the GPO describe five episodes of Kholodnitsky’s violations. In particular, the head of the SAP denied the interference in the investigation of a number of criminal proceedings NABU.
