The UN Human Rights Council is scheduled to hear a report on the situation in Ukraine on September 25. This question was put on the agenda of the 39th session of the Council in Geneva, Ukrinform reports.
As it is noted, the UN Human Rights Council will hear “the verbal communication of the High Commissioner on the situation of human rights in Ukraine, after which there will be the statement of the country to which the report relates and an interactive dialogue”.
An oral report on the situation in Ukraine is scheduled for September 25. Earlier, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that Ukraine plans to raise issues in the UN General Assembly in September on issues of political prisoners in the Kremlin, the harassment of Crimean Tatars and all pro-Ukrainian in the occupied Crimea.
