Three children were killed and one was injured as a result of a detonation of an anti-personnel landmine in the controlled area of Horlivka, Donetsk region, reports Ukrainska Pravda.

“According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the green area near the zero checkpoint there was an explosion of the landmine, three children were killed, one was in grave condition and taken to the hospital,” said the head of the Horlivka occupational “administration” Ivan Prikhodko. Subsequently, the Eastern Human Rights Group reported that four teenagers were injured as a result of the explosion.
