The Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov, illegally condemned in Russia, stopped the hunger strike that had been in place since mid-May. This was announced on October 5 by the Russian newspaper Interfax, referring to the words of deputy director of the Russian Federal Service for the Execution of Sentences Valerii Maksimenko.
“Yes, he (Oleg Sentsov) stopped fasting. The best nutritionists in Moscow developed a special diet for him to get him out of a hunger strike,” Maksimenko said.
According to him, Sentsov was finally convicted by Russian doctors.
