The Patriarchate of Constantinople does not stop eucharistic communication with the Russian Orthodox Church, despite its decision to break the relations completely, Hromadske writes.

“We are warning you that our archbishopric exarchate, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, is in full communion with the entire Orthodox Church. The Ecumenical Patriarchate did not interrupt communication with the Moscow Patriarchate and continues to recall it in the manner established by the Diptych, “says the appeal of the Russian parishes in Western Europe to the flock.

The document states that all Orthodox believers can participate in the liturgical life and church sacraments in the congregations governed by Constantinople.
