In ProZorro’s e-Procurement system, a system has been launched that will automatically detect suspicious tenders and send them to the State Service for monitoring, reports Hromadske.
Earlier, the State Service could respond only to a violation of the tendering procedure, when the tender deals had already been signed and the money was redeemed. However, recently, as a result of the adoption of the draft law 4738, the powers of the state monitoring service increased. So, in the ProZorro system, an electronic cabinet of the State Service was launched, where it will find a list of suspicious purchases every day. Doubtful tenders will be determined automatically by the system for 35 risk indicators.
