The Verkhovna Rada held a rating vote on the resignation of the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, only 38 deputies supported him. According to UNIAN correspondent, the chairman of the parliament, Andriy Parubiy, suggested putting a statement on a rating vote.
“Who in the hall supports the statement of the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, please vote,” the speaker called.
So, only 38 deputies from 332 registered in a sessional hall have voted for. As UNIAN reported earlier, today, on November 6, during a report in parliament on the state of the investigation into the murder of public activist Yekaterina Gandzyuk Lutsenko, he submitted a letter of resignation.
