The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine stated that among the 166 criminal proceedings in which, as of the end of October 2018, the pre-trial investigation was completed, in 48 cases there was not even a preparatory court session. It is reported by the press service of the NABU, Ukrainska Pravda writes.
It is noted that this “anti-rating” is headed by the so-called case of “Ternopil prosecutors.”
“The court once again decided to return the indictment. The production is not considered for almost 2 years after the transfer to the court – from November 11, 2016,” said in a statement.
It is noted that it is the final anti-corruption court that has put the final point in the cases of NABU and SAP, and the sentences handed over will help to return the funds to the state arrested during the investigations.
