The Verkhovna Rada canceled the “three parcels” rule, according to which one person will be able to receive only three international parcels a month, because postal operators were not ready to administer such a mechanism.

As UNIAN reported, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted amendments to the legislation that specify the procedure for administration and raise the rates of a number of taxes and duties for balancing the state budget. In particular, the law introduces a tax on value added to parcels in Ukraine with a total value over the equivalent of 100 euros for one recipient from one sender.
