Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration Maxym Stepanov said the strengthening of information and cyber security measures, strengthening the protection of the state border and bringing air defense in the region into readiness mode in connection with the introduction of martial law, the press service of the regional administration, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“There is a clear list of actions. Among them, we will strengthen information and cyber security measures. We are putting anti-aircraft defense on alert. Border guards will strengthen the protection of the state border,” Maxym Stepanov said.
He noted that imposing of martial law in the Odesa region should be minimally noticeable and not provide for any restrictions on the rights and freedoms of citizens, and such restrictions are not provided for by the relevant presidential decree.
