The district court of occupied Simferopol arrested for 2 months 24 Ukrainian sailors, who were captured by the FSB of Russia in the Kerch Strait, Ukrainska Pravda reports.

The last “court” took the second rank captain from the Berdyansk boat Denis Gritsenko and the captain of the tug Yany Kapu Oleh Melnichuk.

On November 28, the occupants arrested 9 Ukrainian sailors. In particular, Bogdan Nebilytsia, Operational Officer of the 7th Directorate of the Main Directorate of Military Counterintelligence SBU, senior lieutenant Andriy Drach and commander of the Ukrainian armored car Nikopol.

On November 27, Kyiv district “court” of the occupied Simferopol arrested 12 Ukrainian sailors, who were captured by the FSB of Russia in the Kerch Strait.

Also, the restraint measures were chosen by 3 wounded during the assault on Ukrainians. These are Andriy Artemenko, Andriy Aider and Vasyl Soroka. They were taken into custody for two months – until January 25.

The Russians are accusing the Ukrainians of breaking the border of the Russian Federation, which annexed the Crimea. They are accused of art. 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal crossing of the state border).

Ukraine has declared them prisoners of war and demands immediate release.
