The President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, is confident in continuing sanctions against the Russian Federation next month. He wrote about it on Twitter, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
“Europe is united in our support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. This is why I am sure that the EU will roll over the sanctions against Russia in December,” Tusk wrote.
It is about prolonging the sanctions imposed on Russia’s aggression in the Donbass and the occupation of Crimea in 2014. They are not related to the latest developments in the Azov Sea.
