The head of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakiv Smoliy stated that the first tranche of the International Monetary Fund under the new program of cooperation will get to the state accounts 10 days before Christmas, that is, on December 15, reports Hromadske.
“Ukraine has fulfilled all agreed requirements. There are only bureaucratic procedures left,” said Smoliy in an interview with Reuters.
At the same time, the head of the National Bank has still refused to specify how much funds the IMF plans to allocate to the first tranche under the new cooperation program. However, he added that his revenues would increase the international reserves of Ukraine from $ 17.8 billion to $ 19.2 billion at the end of 2018.
