The head of the Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manger, who is suspected of ordering the murder of Kateryna Handziuk, got to work after being released from the jail on bail, Hromadske reports.
On February 15, the court decided to take Vladyslav Manger in custody for 17 days with the right to post bail. On the same day, the head of the Kherson Regional Council left the pre-trial detention center.
In court, Manger accused General of the SBU, Danylo Dotsenko of organizing an attack on Handziuk. In the Security Service of Ukraine, the accusation of General Danylo Dotsenko of organizing an attack on the counsellor of the mayor of Kherson, Kateryna Handziuk, was called “absurd”.
