Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova arrived in Kyiv. This was reported by the personal sources of the airport “Kyiv” to the UNIAN correspondent.
The interlocutor noted that Moskalkova arrived in Kyiv at midnight. As previously reported, the human rights commissioner in the Russian Federation, Tatiana Moskalkova, yesterday announced that she will visit Kyiv to participate in a court hearing on the case of a suspect in a state betrayal of the head of the issue “RIA Novosti-Ukraine” Kyryl Vyshynsky.
“I am flying to Kyiv to participate in the court hearing in the Vyshynsky’s case,” Moskalkova said.
She stated that she had appealed to Lyudmila Denisova, the authorized representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights, to protect the rights of Vyshynsky, who, according to her, “is kept in inhumane conditions in the Lukianivske jail in Kyiv”.
Recall that, detained on May 15, 2018 in Kyiv, Vyshynsky was charged with treason and subversion of information activities against Ukraine. He was arrested on the decision of Kherson city court.
