The State Migration Service of Ukraine stated that from January 1, 2015 to February 1, 2019, 140 295 residents of the occupied Crimea received a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad.

In addition, it is noted that another 1 416 people issued a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID-card for reaching the age of 14 and 16 years, from January 1, 2016 to February 1, 2019. It is reported that another 28 477 Crimeans have passed the procedure of pasting photos in a passport for the achievement of 25 and 45 years, from January 1, 2015 to February 1, 2019.
