In 2018, Ukraine International Airlines, in comparison with 2017, increased its losses by 8.9 times to 2.696 billion hryvnias. This is stated on the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders.
So, at the shareholders’ meeting, it is proposed to approve the company’s loss for 2018 in the amount of UAH 2.696 billion.
“To approve the financial result of the company’s activity for 2018 is a loss in the amount of UAH 2.696 billion. Due to the lack of net profit of the company for 2018 and retained earnings of previous years, to pay fixed dividends for preferred shares in the amount of 2,045 thousand UAH at the expense of reserve capital, ” the text said.
