The head of the Central Election Commission, Tetyana Slipachuk, said that from January 2 to March 25, 315 725 Ukrainians have used their right to temporarily change the place of voting in the presidential elections. 

“Departments of the State Register of Voters worked at full capacity, issuing applications for a temporary change of voting without changing the electoral address. Over the past week, more than 210,000 applications were filed for a temporary change of voting place, while for the past three months – about 100 thousand,”  said the head of the CEC.

According to her, the largest number of applications was filed by residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – 63,869 and 28,834 respectively.
