Today the representatives of Russia are polling people who leave the territory of the temporary occupied Crimea. The occupants are curious whether those people are going to vote in the presidential elections in Ukraine.
“We have received information that the border guards of the occupying country stop the Ukrainians traveling to the mainland, asking them the purpose of the trip. We do not have information on whether they turned someone who said that he was going to vote, but with a great deal of probability it is possible to assume that they don’t allow to vote,” said Oleh Slobodian, the head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Regarding the border, Slobodian stressed that there was no increase in the passenger traffic flow.
