Ukrainian soldiers, who defend the country in the east, began voting at the presidential elections in Ukraine. There are 79 special polling sections in total.
“The defenders from the frontline have already voted first, while their brothers in arms cover up front, changing each other,” the press-center of the Ministry of Defense reports.
In total, 79 special polling stations are located in the Operation of Joint Forces area: 14 in Luhansk region and 65 in Donetsk. According to official information, voting was organized in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, violations were not recorded.
