The civic network Opora notes the tendency towards a reduction in the number of electoral law violations during the vote at the presidential election on March 31. This was announced by the coordinator of the civic network Opora Olha Aivazovska at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
“We note a positive trend compared with the 2014 presidential elections. That is, the quantitative indicator of violations and their territorial affiliation, the percentage representation within Ukraine is less than we recorded in 2014,” said Aivazovska.
Speaking about reported violations, Opora said that procedural violations of the SEC morning meeting were fixed at 16% of the polling stations, while in 2014 it was 20%. Non-admission of observers at the morning meeting was fixed at 0.5% of the polling stations, while in 2014 it was almost 5%.
