Foreign Ministers of NATO countries in Washington will consider a package of military measures to respond to Russian aggression, which will ensure the security of passage of Ukrainian ships through the Kerch Strait and the Azov Sea. This was stated during a briefing in Washington by US Ambassador to the United States  Bailey Hutchison.

“This package, which includes air surveillance, as well as the introduction of more NATO ships in the Black Sea to ensure the safe passage of Ukrainian ships through the Kerch Strait and the Sea of ​​Azov”, said the American diplomat.

According to her, NATO allies should be sure that these waters are open for free shipping, “that the countries of the Black Sea basin are located around safe from Russian intervention.”
