In the Kremlin, they responded to the words of the candidate for president Volodymyr Zelensky that he was ready for a dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin and noted that the head of the Russian Federation was also ready for dialogue, but with the exception of “certain situations”.

Commenting on Volodymyr Zelensky’s statement on readiness for talks with Putin, the spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Putin “has been a supporter of a serious dialogue since the beginning of the war in the Donbas.” At the same time, according to him, Moscow does not participate in military operations in the Donbas.
