Shevchenkivsky district court of Kyiv on April 17 withdrew the arrest of accounts at the All-Ukrainian Development Bank, which belonged to the son of ex-president, Viktor Yanukovych. A spokeswoman for the prosecutor general, Yuriy Lutsenko, Larysa Sargan, wrote this on Twitter.
“By the decision of the investigating judge of the Shevchenkivsky district court of Kyiv, the arrest of accounts at the All-Ukrainian Development Bank was withdrawn. The prosecutors are preparing an urgent petition,” she wrote. Sargan reminded that 1.2 billion hryvnias were arrested on the bank’s accounts.
