The head of the Central Election Commission Tetyana Slipachuk urges not to spoil the ballots and not to photograph them in the cabin for secret ballot during the run-off on April 21.

She noted on Facebook that according to the results of the March 31 vote, nearly a quarter of a million ballots were declared invalid: “The reason for this was, sometimes, unlawful actions of citizens. Bulletins deliberately spoiled.”

“But this is not a manifestation of the position. It is, in fact, the insult to a large number of people: workers of the Polygraph Factory “Ukraine”, who worked even at night to print and pack them in time; people who were shipping the bulletin; in the end, the members of the district commissions, who received these bulletins, issued, and then considered,” noted Slipachuk.

The head of the CEC also reminded that the production of bulletins took place at the expense of the state budget, “and this is also our money”.
