The incumbent president Petro Poroshenko has enjoyed his right and voted in the run-off, urging Ukrainians to vote mindfully in order to save the country.

Poroshenko has come to the polling station after the service at St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Monastery. The president told about negotiations with Constantinople on Tomos receipt and positively evaluated the organization of the electoral process.

“A surname of the one who will be elected doesn’t matter, what matters is to keep our strategy and not to lose our ‘country’,” the president stressed, emphasizing that today the choice is no less important than in 2014.
