Compared to the first round of presidential elections, the number of poll-watchers in the second round has significantly decreased, at some polling stations there are none of them. This is reported by the press service of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine.
In particular, the lack of poll-watchers was recorded in Mykolayiv, Cherkassy, Luhansk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhya, Vinnytsya, Zakarpattia, Kherson, Khmelnytsky and Sumy regions. According to CVU, in Mykolayiv, there are no poll-watchers at half of the polling stations. A similar situation takes place in Zaporizhya and Cherkasy. This situation does not coincide with the number of registered poll-watchers. After all, only more than 80 thousand people are registered from non-governmental organizations. Another 6 thousand – from the candidates for the presidency.
