Law enforcers filed a protocol on Ukrainian presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelensky, who during the voting demonstrated his filled ballot in front of the cameras. This was reported on the webpage of Dmytro Razumkov, a member of the Zelensky’s headquarters and a political adviser to the showman.
