The presidential candidate and showman Volodymyr Zelensky has violated the secrecy of the ballot by demonstrating his vote to cameras.

At first, Zelensky was trying to justify his actions by asking after the violation whether he could do it. When he was informed that it is a law violation, the candidate responded to journalists, “I didn’t show it to you.”

The demonstration of will’s manifestation is a violation of the secrecy of the ballot. Such an offense foresees a fine from 100 to 300 untaxed minimum incomes of citizens or correction works for up to two years or prison term for up to three years.

Recall that the same offense was committed by Oleh Lyashko.
