The panel of judges, which upheld the claim of the oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky and overturned the decision to privatize PrivatBank, complained about the pressure of the head of state to the High Council of Justice, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations. This is reported on April 23 by the press service of the court.
This is about the judges of the Kyiv Regional Administrative Court Ihor Kachur, Volodymyr Keleberdu and Vitaliy Amelokhin. In particular, judges appealed to the chairman of the Supreme Council of Justice with applications for interference in their activities, as well as to the heads of the GPU and the State bureau of investigation with statements about the commission of a criminal offense.
“The judges are asked to initiate a pre-trial investigation of the head of state, the minister of justice and the head of the National bank, by providing relevant information to the database, which will result in the perpetrators being prosecuted,” the statement said.
