The General Prosecutor’s Office reached a new suspicion to Vladyslav Manger, the head of the Kherson Regional Council. Now he is not suspected of assassination, but of beating Kateryna Handziuk. This is reported by “Slidstvo.Info” with reference to its own sources.
“Now Manger is accused of part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code – ordering a beating that involves imprisonment from 7 to 10 years,” the newspaper notes.
Earlier, the head of the Kherson Regional Council was accused of assassination. Such an article would threaten with imprisonment from 10 to 15 years or life imprisonment.
