In Ukraine, in 2018, there were no cases of Anti-Semitic hate crimes recorded, but vandalism is still present. Vice Premier Pavlo Rosenko announced this at the Kyiv Jewish Forum on May 6.

“The government and Ukraine generally condemn any manifestations of intolerance and Anti-Semitism, both nationally and internationally… In Ukraine during 2018 – and we can be proud of it – no cases of Anti-Semitic hate crimes were recorded,” Rozenko said.

He acknowledged that “there are still manifestations of Anti-Semitic vandalism but he added that their number is decreasing.
