The Verkhovna Rada did not introduce into the agenda the bill of the President of Ukraine on changes to the electoral legislation, which provided for the introduction of a proportional electoral system and a reduction of the entry barrier to 3%.

Only 92 deputies voted in favor of including in the agenda the bill on the changes to the electoral system for the parliamentary elections proposed by the President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Also, only 127 deputies voted for inclusion in the agenda of the president’s draft law on public procurements during the election process.

After that, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy stated that he had to finish the parliamentary session because all the points had been exhausted.
