The Supreme Court received two claims to recognize illegal and abolish of the appointment of Andriy Bohdan as head of the Presidential Administration. 

On May 21, President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Andriy Bohdan as head of his administration, who used to be legal adviser and lawyer of oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi. The experts explained that Zelensky violated the lustration law, appointing Bohdan as head of the Presidential Administration, because he served as a government official on anticorruption policy for Viktor Yanukovych twice.
