Hryhoriy Trypulsky, a private lawyer of the oligarch Borys Kaufman, may head the Odesa Regional State Administration. This is reported by the Odesa media.
From 2005 to 2010, Trypulsky worked as a deputy of the Odesa City Council. At different times, he worked as a secretary of the Commission on Entrepreneurship and Trade and chairman of the Commission on Land Management. Later, Hryhoriy Trypulsky worked as a counsellor and private lawyer of oligarch Borys Kaufman.
Recall that he and his business partner Oleksandr Granovsky are currently under investigation into the withdrawal of 3 billion hryvnias from the accounts of the bankrupt Finbank. Kaufman and Granovsky, also suspected of illegally privatizing the Odesa International Airport, are both at large.
Now Trypulsky works as an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law at the Odesa Law Academy.
It is reported that Trypulsky is promoted by the HR-agency, which provides advice to the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.
