The newly appointed secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Danyliuk, said that monitors and servers with secret information disappeared from the Situation Room in the Presidential Administration. Daniluk recorded a video showing these rooms and posted it on Facebook.
He argues that information from secret sources was often used during meetings. “Information leaked through protected channels of communication to this room,” the NSDC secretary said.
At the same time, the spokesman of Petro Poroshenko Svyatoslav Tsegolko said that the equipment in the Situation Room was rented and then returned to the owner, and also he denied that the servers had confidential information. “No confidential information on servers was stored, access to it was always provided online,” the spokesman said.
