The Holosiivsky District Court in Kyiv has chosen a preventive measure in the form of 60-day detention (without the right to bail) for patrol policeman Ivan Prykhodko who is one of the suspects in the murder of the 5-year-old boy in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky.

The prosecutors state that it was Prykhodko who made the shot which resulted in the child’s death. It is informed that the other suspect will be chosen the preventive measure later on Tuesday.

Also, MPs summoned the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, the head of the National Police Serhiy Knyazev and the chairman of the State Bureau of Investigation Roman Truba concerning the probe into the murder of a 5-year-old boy.
