Russian president Vladimir Putin has not yet planned a meeting with the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. This was stated by the press-secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, various statements are heard from Ukraine, but in the Kremlin, they “don’t see anything specific” and don’t understand what the official Kyiv means.
“We live in times of easy news dissemination but the deeds are still most valuable,” Peskov said.
He added that after the Kremlin completely formulated “an understanding of what Kyiv really means in terms of implementing Minsk agreements and normalization of bilateral relations, then we can talk about something specific.”
