In Vinnytsia region in the wells of Zbarzhevka Pogrebyshchensky district, the residual amount of poisonous chemicals was not detected. At the place of the accident outflow of herbicides, the permissible amount of chemicals exceeds 200-600 times. This was announced on Wednesday at a briefing by Oleksandr Sorochan, First Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Consumer Protection Service in the Vinnytsia region.
According to the results of the analysis of water samples, no chemicals were detected there. This can be explained by the fact that in a reservoir, which was directly polluted by the substances, there is no such strong flow to bring them from the place of outflow across a considerable distance.
