The North Caucasus District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don found the participants of first Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case guilty of organizing or participating in the activities of a terrorist organization and sentenced them to serve a punishment in a colony of a strict regime, according to the Krym.Realii.
The military board condemned Teymur Abdullayev to 17 years in prison, Uzeiyr Abdullayev – to 13 years, Rustem Ismaiylov – to 14 years, Ayder Saledinov and Emil Dzhemadenov – to 12 years.
Recall that on October 12, 2016, in Crimea, searches were conducted in five families. As a result, five Crimean Tatars who are accused of participating in the Hizb ut-Tahrir (banned in Russia and annexed Crimea) were detained: Rustem Ismaiylov, Uzeiyr Abdullayev, Teymur Abdullayev, Emil Dzhemedenov, and Ayder Saledinov.
On December 6, last year, the detainees of the Simferopol “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” were transferred to the Russian Rostov-on-Don.
