The Presidential Administration to be renamed to the Office of the Head of State or the President’s Office.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky plans to change the name of the Presidential Administration to the Office of the Head of State and within a year to move to the building of the Ukrainian House.
“The object itself has the necessary space to realize the functioning potential. For example, the assembly hall, which gathers nearly 500 people, the presence of certain open spaces… There are about 8 thousand square meters for 650 people – that is, it is very comfortable,” he added.
Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Ruslan Ryaboshapka stated that “the goal of the new structure – to move away from the name of the Administration and move on to a term that is more modern, more European – the head of state, the president’s office”. The press service of the head of state said that they are counting on the fact that the relocation of the Presidential Administration from the building on the Bankova Street in the premises of the “Ukrainian House” will be held by the end of this year.
