In the Russian colony, where political prisoner Volodymyr Balukh is being held, they can prepare “serious provocations” and create conditions in which his life and health are threatened. Balukh himself stated this to his lawyer.
According to the lawyer who visited the client in the colony, Balukh was again sent to the penal call for 15 days for a minor violation that was provoked by the colony officers. In the penal cell, Balukh stays until July 2.
“The Ukrainian believes that more serious provocations can be prepared against him and created conditions in which his life and health are under threat. He knows about various rumours that are spreading about him in order to aggressively tune other prisoners against him,” the lawyer said.
As the head of the Crimean Human Rights Group, Olha Skrypnyk, said, they try to do everything in the colony to deprive the Ukrainian of the possibility of parole.
