The 140th Center for Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has passed the corresponding examinations in Lithuania.
The NRF was created during the NATO Summit in November 2002 in Prague. It replaced the Allied Command Europe mobile forces. They consist of ground forces, special forces, air forces, and naval forces; they are ready for five days to conduct evacuation operations or respond to crisis situations in all parts of the world.
“In a significant military conflict (the war), for 30 days, they should deter the enemy until the main forces arrive. The decision to use SOF shall be taken by the Board.”
