One of the leaders of the “Opposition Platform – For Life” Vadym Rabinovych said that the transfer of the captives of the so-called “LPR” and “DPR” would take place in Minsk.
“Today, on June 27, 2019, there were direct talks between the Chairman of the Political Council of the “Opposition Platform – For Life” party Viktor Medvedchuk and the leaders of the unrecognized republics “DPR” and “LPR” Denys Pushylin and Leonid Pasichnyk. They discussed the progress of the process of the Minsk agreements. A decision was made to release four Ukrainian citizens (three of them are soldiers) detained in Donetsk and Luhansk. The list is attached,” Vadym Rabinovych wrote.
Rabinovych also said that the Ukrainian prisoners would return to the territory of Ukraine either tonight or tomorrow morning. They will now be in touch with their relatives. When journalists asked whether Medvedchuk communicated with the official negotiators of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk, Vadym Rabinovych replied:
“Our group in Minsk receives instructions directly from Bankova Street, so they do not communicate with us, they have their own business.”

Putin’s friend Medvedchuk also held a press conference with the leaders of the terrorist organizations “DPR” and “LPR”. He stated that he wanted changes to the Constitution and to consolidate the “special status” in the Basic Law for the occupied Donbas, as it is “foreseen by the Municipal Agreements”.
