The Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal ruled on the necessity of repeated lottery of parties. This is reported by Ukrainska Pravda with reference to the head of the Central Election Commission Tetyana Slipachuk.
“The Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal has ruled for repeated lottery. As for today 5 million 200 ballots have been printed. It is difficult for me to comment on all legal aspects of the decision, but I inform you that this action is aimed at undermining the election,” said Slipachuk.
The head of the CEC added that the commission would appeal this decision.
