Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Minsk agreements demand full restoration of relations between the Donbas and Ukraine. But for this, according to him, it is necessary “to cancel the decree of the former president Poroshenko, who organized the blockade of the region.”
“It is impossible all the time to demand that Russia execute, let’s say, the same Minsk agreements in the part that doesn’t depend on us at all. Minsk agreements require, for example, the full restoration of economic relations between Donbas and Ukraine. First of all, it is necessary to cancel the decree of the former president Poroshenko about the blockade. It directly contradicts the Minsk agreements,” Putin said.
