The Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized the law on decommunization constitutional, the Radio Liberty reported, with reference to a top-notch source in the CCU, which can not officially comment on this issue. The same information was confirmed by the Ukraiinska Pravda.
Such a decision was passed by the court on July 16 at a closed meeting. The press service of the Constitutional Court confirmed that the decision on the law on decommunization was approved, but refused to comment on what exactly, and other details.
According to the press service, the decision should be published on July 17.
Earlier today, several dozens of people were rallying under the building of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine against the probable abolition of the law on decommunization.
