Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ruslan Ryaboshapka declares plans to hold an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada on July 18, three days before the election.
“Now we are planning to convene an extraordinary session of the parliament on Thursday. We will require the parliament to adopt legislation that will allow the Supreme Anticorruption Court to work effectively. We will demand that the parliament pass the law on illegal enrichment,” said Ryaboshapka.
According to him, there are several other initiatives that should be approved by this parliament.
Recall that on July 13, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy closed the last plenary session of the parliament of the 8th convocation. From July 15 to 19, deputies must work in committees, commissions, and factions.
